Indecision is a Socratic quiz engine. You name a topic — anything you're trying to understand or decide — and the AI generates a sequence of questions that lead you toward clarity. It doesn't give you the answer. It helps you find it.
HOW TO START
- Type your topic, question, or decision into the input box. Be as specific as you can — vague prompts produce vague quizzes.
- Choose a level that matches your familiarity with the subject.
- Work through the quiz questions. Each one is designed to surface an assumption, reveal a tension, or reframe the problem.
- At the end, you'll get a summary of your responses and a synthesis — what your answers suggest about where you actually stand.
THE LEVELS
high school: accessible language, foundational concepts
college level: standard academic register
masters: assumes graduate-level familiarity
post-doc: peer-level technical depth
apprentice: practical, hands-on framing
expert: no hand-holding — go deep
WHAT MAKES A GOOD TOPIC
Indecision works best on topics where you have genuine uncertainty — not trivia, but real decisions or conceptual knots. "Should I take the management role?" "What do I actually believe about mandatory overtime?" "How does staffing ratios legislation really work?" The more honest the question, the more useful the quiz.
